Holland Scholarship

Design Academy Eindhoven participates in the Holland Scholarship, offered by both the Netherlands Ministry of Education, Culture and Science and Design Academy Eindhoven.

The Holland Scholarship @ DAE is open for full time registered DAE students who wish to study outside EER (not for internships!); this will only apply to participants of specific DAE partner projects (to be confirmed); there will be NO Holland Scholarships for incoming students for our bachelor course, only for our master courses.

To be able to apply as an incoming master student, you first have to be accepted to start in September 2017 AND you have not studied in the Netherlands in Higher Education before. Those students who meet these first requirements, will receive an invitation as soon as the selection if finalised, with the criteria that apply.

If you haven't applied to one of our master courses yet, please find more information about the procedure here and here! The application procedure for study year 2017-2018 has closed for Social Design, Contextual Design and Information Design. Students interested in Design Curating and Writing can still apply.

Application for the academic year 2017/2018 will soon be open to outgoing DAE students and to new accepted non-EER master students (to start in September 2017).

As soon as the selection of Master students is finalised, the selection procedure starts. Non-EER student who have been accepted to DAE Masters will receive an email with an invitation to apply. These emails have not been sent out yet. As we are currently still working on the selection, the portal to apply for the scholarship is not open yet. After we have opened the portal, and have received the applications, the result will be announced early June 1, 2017.

On the website of Holland Scholarship the deadline is wrongly stated as the 1st of May.

An application form for the Holland Scholarship application (for outgoing students and new master students only) will be available here soon.
