At Design Academy Eindhoven, you’ll join an interdisciplinary community where designers explore ideas through research, making and conversation. We look for curious applicants who enjoy experimenting, thinking critically and reflecting on the world. If that sounds like you, we’d love to see your work.
Prospective students must have completed a course in higher education to BA level or equivalent, preferably in design, architecture, art or science as a minimum requirement. A MA at DAE is a two-year programme and is taught in English. The aim of all of MA courses is to further reinforce the authorship of the designer or design theorist and educate skilled, multidisciplinary collaborators. The Design Academy Eindhoven student body has an international orientation. Approximately 70 percent of Bachelor students and 90 percent of Master students are from outside The Netherlands.
The tuition fees for studying at Design Academy Eindhoven (DAE) are determined annually. The statutory tuition fee is set by the Dutch government, while the institutional tuition fee is established by the DAE board and is based on the statutory rate.
