Neighbours welcoming DAE: Report from Community Meets Creativity

On 26 June 2025, the participation meeting, Community Meets Creativity hosted by cocosmos, brought together local residents, entrepreneurs and representatives from Design Academy Eindhoven for an inspiring participation meeting at Kanaalzone. The arrival of the Academy was received with enthusiasm unanimously: ‘Design Academy Eindhoven is very welcome’.

During the open information market, ideas poured in - from ‘an environment for exploring the possibilities of design throughout the year’ to ‘green spaces that invite encounters and creativity’. All participants shared their optimism and gave suggestions on the collective growth within the neighbourhood.
