Bookshop
Limestone Books returns to the Graduation Show this year to host the bookshop. The shop features thesis books, written works, and a dedicated space for programmed discussions.
Limestone Books sells art books, with a particular focus on non-Western perspectives and underrepresented voices. It was founded in 2022 in Maastricht, The Netherlands, by a curatorial collective consisting of DAE Alumna Jhen Chen, Liang-Kai Yu, Emily Shin-Jie Lee, HSIEH I Hsuan, and Chang YuHsin. They envision themselves as a bookshop, but not in the traditional profit-driven sense. Instead, they view the economic perspective as a focal point where we can foster radical experimentation within the art publishing sphere.
During GS25, visitors will be able to purchase DAE Graduates' Theses from the bookshop, alongside this year's Graduation Catalogue, and a selection of publications from Limestone Books.
